The long hard journey.

The great thing about God, is no matter how far we run away, not matter where we turn, he will always be there, and always love us unconditionally. His love and his mercy are always so very present, all we need to do is seek him. This journey in life was never promised to be easy. So often people blame God, or stand in confusion on why life is hard, or why some things have happened to them they find themselves questioning God."why me God?" "Why did this have to happen God?" "Why would you do this God?" Why, why, why is all everyone wants to know. But put aside your pride, put aside your self-centeredness and realize, that time you were raped, that time you were molested, that time you cut your wrists, the time you were crying as you stood on the scale, the time you were angry, the time you thought of or tried to kill yourself, God was with you. He was crying with you, he felt your pain. God says in 2 corinthians 12:8 "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Have we forgotten what that means? When you are weak, when you are depressed, when your going through a hard time, JESUS is closest to you, HIS power is made perfect in weakness because he wants to help you, all you need to do is turn to him, surrender it all. When you full heartily want to be free from strongholds, from bondage, from pain that has held you down all you need to do is cry out to God. And he will come to your rescue. The bad things in this world are not Gods fault. God is love, and would never want for that to happen to you, remember he felt that pain that you felt, and he cried every night with you. God is always there to comfort him, but did you ever stop to thing who's there to comfort him? He helps you with your pain, he can take yours away... but what takes away his pain? When you fully give God your all, repent from your sins, and make him center in your life. When he gets the praise he deserves. I've gone down dark roads, and i've made wrong turns, but God has never given up on me, and he will never give up on you. Trust him, you need to surrender. Your freedom is only a prayer away.
